The Community Campus Model

Welcome to the Community Campus

The Community Campus brings together organizations to centralize services and create a safe and empowering space where young people, especially those involved with the justice system and struggling to engage in school or work, can access support to help them heal, learn, and build a path toward a stable and successful future.

A Community Effort

Many support services already exist, but they aren’t coordinated under one hub. The Community Campus brings them together, making it easier for Opportunity Youth (ages 16-24) to access multiple layers of support without unnecessary barriers. This model increases efficiency, enhances outcomes, and creates a true safety net for youth and their families.
